Perhaps a link to the list of qualifications necessary to become a TD would be helpful.

You're a TD if you want to be. It just means "person who is willing to run a tournament."

Actually... I broke it first, in 2009 when I as a ZERO level judge was allowed to host a Regional. Too bad, Brian, that you also were not allowed to "test out" of the class. All good fun, folks! All good fun!
