Final statement: the Cardassian starter is far too strong compared to the other starters I've faced in this event...

I posted my tourney report.
TL;DR - I really could've used a second copy of Common Enemy to be on a little more equal footing with the big boys that had 3x of some of the best anti-dilemma cards in the game.
