I got very lucky. I had a Vidiian outpost, Vidiian Sodality and enough Medical-classification Vidiians for a free play nearly every turn. I got 2x the guy who Lower Decks and got him out early each game. I also pulled four Kazon Bombs in my pool, which made @LORE sad. I had a very nice combo of Crisis —> Trabe Grenade —> Kazon Bomb.
The only reason I lost to @geraldkw in round 1 was because I made a poor choice when I shipshirted around Spatial Rift on my last turn. I knew there was one other dilemma behind it, so I sent two folks to pass the Rift and hit Gravimetric Distortion. I only had one Astrophysics there, and only one on the other ship. I didn’t have any of the other requirements so was stopped. The kicker here is I almost sent Ayala with the first crew, but decided to hold him back in case there was a kill dilemma after the Rift. If I had sent him, I would have won.
