Negatives: Low Strength. Lack of any Staffing Icon.

Positives: Dissident Keyword. Four Skills and High Integrity for 2 Cost. When an Interrupt is played Mila, Trusted Confident may be killed to prevent that Interrupt.

Thoughts: One of the best Cardassians in the game the only real drawback she has is the Low Strength. Her high Integrity helps offset the typically low Integrity of a Cardassian deck and she carries a low Cost and a unique mix of Skills. She is highly useful for the Extraction mission with all the Skills, but Treachery. (Oh, if only the Cardassians had some Treachery Personnel to make up for it.) The Ability to cancel an Interrupt at a key moment could be game saving. Unfortunately, using an Emergency Transport Unit to save her when canceling an Interrupt wouldn't work as the cost of using her Ability would not be paid. The Player could even kill her to cancel one of his own Interrupts instead of the Opponent's, but what the upside to that would be is tough to figure. She is a trusty 9 out of 10.
