Awaiting processing

I have two tournaments that are almost two weeks old “awaiting processing”.
Why does this happen? When can these be processed?

It happens because you submit tournament results more than a week after the event (which is unfortunately the norm for online events), and it's resolved as soon as I notice that there is an event waiting and go push the appropriate button.

It looks like this tournament had screwed up results:

The rating point changes don't line up as nearly everyone lost rating points:
+27
-19
-11
-19
-22
-9
There was no fourth round -- maybe that is messing things up?
