SI is an outdated dilemma that has gotten steadily worse for a few reasons,
1) Better dilemmas that either don't need as much filtering or are just better than SI at doing SI things, eg. Dereliction of Duty
2) More personnel with abilities and better abilities
3) More non-personnel solving boosts, eg. The Enemy of my Enemy or Common Enemy

Gomtuu is still easily the best integrity wall available.
