We've had some misunderstandings regarding the rules, so here's some codified rules.
1) We're playing to top three dilemmas. Once we reach three, we'll move on to the next expansion.
2) Each day, you may upvote three dilemmas and downvote three dilemmas. Once we get down to less than six dilemmas, keep downvoting three dilemmas and upvote the remaining.
3) When a dilemma reaches 0, remove it.
4) Each Saturday, all dilemmas will receive -1.
5) When all dilemmas have a score of more than 10, all dilemmas will receive -5 (or an appropriate multiple thereof to get at least one dilemma into 10 or less.
