Post Dilemma Hurt-and-Heal #0, 5 and 6: 10th, Fractured, Reflect.
The Tenth Anniversary has no dilemmas, and Fractured Time only has three. This version of Hurt-and-Heal combines those two with Reflections to get a decent number of dilemmas. I'm also altering the rules slightly to keep the end game from dragging on.

1) We're playing to top three dilemmas. Once we reach three, we'll move on to the next expansion.
2) Each day, you may upvote three dilemmas and downvote three dilemmas. Once we get down to less than six dilemmas, keep downvoting three dilemmas and upvote the remaining.
3) When a dilemma reaches 0, remove it.
4) Each Saturday, all dilemmas will receive -1 for each week the contest has been going on. This decay can kill off dilemmas.
5) When all dilemmas have a score of more than 10, all dilemmas will receive -10 (or an appropriate multiple thereof to get at least one dilemma into 10 or less.

Rules question:

Can rule #5 happen at anytime? Or is it on a schedule like rule #4 is each Saturday?

Or does it replace rule #4 when it's Saturday AND all dilemmas have a score of more than 10?

The last poll had a rule 5 followed by a rule 4 so I think that's the precedent.
