"The point is, with all due respect, you're trying to turn me into your idea of a model officer."
Integrity 4 Cunning 6 Strength 6

Positives: Cannot be randomly selected by Dual Dilemmas.

Negatives: Low Integrity. 2 Cost for three Skills and common Attributes.

Thoughts: This is a 2 Cost card that should be 1 Cost. Which is made abundantly clear when looking at the other Next Gen version of Ro: Ro Laren, Proven Expert. For the same cost the Player gets five Skills (losing only the Officer Skill) and if the Opponent has any cards in the Discard pile a bump to all Attributes. Maybe the Proven Expert should be 3 Cost, since that version is clearly more clout for the Cost. The Ability to avoid random selections sounds good till when in play it is realized her Skills usually aren't necessary for the Mission solve and her Attributes are so average she's not much help meeting the Attribute level on any Missions. In fact, her being part of the random selection is more useful to lower the odds of some high Skill/Attribute Personnel being picked. There's not even a single Mission that requires Navigation, Officer and Programming Skills together. This is a 4 out of 10.

Notes: Michelle Forbes had eight appearances in Next Gen as Ensign Ro Laren (and one other appearance as Dara in "Half a Life.") She can currently be seen in Berlin Station with Ashley Judd AKA Ensign Robin Lefler.

That would make more sense if she had Treachery. As it is she can't even avoid Personal Duty.

True. RTFC Corbett...

Maybe that's what I was maybe thinking: P-Duty, but you're right, that doesn't work either. Who fucking knows what the thought process was here. :?
