1) We're playing to top three dilemmas. Once we reach three, we'll move on to the next expansion.
2) Each day, you may upvote three dilemmas and downvote three dilemmas. Once we get down to less than six dilemmas, keep downvoting three dilemmas and upvote the remaining.
3) When a dilemma reaches 0, remove it.
4) Each Monday, all dilemmas will receive -1 for each week the contest has been going on. This decay can kill off dilemmas.
5) When all dilemmas have a score of more than 10, all dilemmas will receive -10 (or an appropriate multiple thereof to get at least one dilemma into 10 or less.
