[Int] Down to Business
To play this interrupt, you must command six [Fer] personnel.
Order - Each player discards a random card from hand. The owner of the discarded card that has the highest cost takes a dilemma they own from beneath an opponent's mission and returns it to their dilemma pile. (In the case of a tie, prevent this interrupt and place it on the bottom of its owner's deck.)

Negatives: Require Six Ferengi Affiliation Personnel to play. Requires the Player to discard a random card from hand. Opponent could remove a Dilemma and return it to Dilemma pile.

Positives: The Player could remove a Dilemma and return it to the Dilemma pile. The Opponent is forced to discard a random card. If both revealed cards cost the same amount then it returns to the draw deck.

Thoughts: It seems like an interesting idea to power up Ferengi decks. Get rid of an Opponent's card/Return a Dilemma. Not too risky since the Player can keep higher cost cards in hand while the Opponent is likely to have no cost Interrupts and otherwise various low cost cards in hand. Depending on who wins any Dilemma could be returned from any Mission (either complete or incomplete.) That could be useful so that tough Dilemmas could be recycled. It is implied that in the case of a tie no effects take place, so no cards are discarded and no Dilemmas returned. That's a rather subtle drawback. An intriguing card with some wordy text and some limitations, but useful effect. It's a 6 out of 10.
