Does Aid Lost Colony count as 50 pointer for Reprimand?
Assuming all other missions except HQ have needed skills.

If you’re playing an HQ, then it won’t count as a 50 pointer, as an HQ counts as a mission that doesn’t require Bio, Dip, or Lead.

If you’re playing it in a Voyager deck, then it might...

Yup. As long as all 5 missions have Bio, Dip, or Leadership then you're good to go!
