Whether or not design eventually makes a Hirogen affiliation, I don't think that should stop us from considering a NA Hirogen.

Hawk actually came out quite quickly (next full set to start after he was made), and it helped that his WOTC inspired part of that set. This WOTC result will almost certainly take more testing than Hawk, since it will have an ability, so I wouldn't be surprised if it takes longer to see the light of day.
