If people want [Fed] [Fut] personnel to play in a Relativity deck, [Voy] [Fut] Hologram is the way to go, as it lets them play in a Hologram deck, a Voyager deck, and (assuming they're Treacherous) an Equinox deck too!

If we took everything at 12 and above, we'd be at about 48.9%. If we took everything at 11 and above we'd be at about 73.3%. Personally I'd be fine with "rounding" the 48.9% up to 50. They're only 2 votes short out of 135.
