World Championships: Wien, Austria
Last Year's Attendance: 14 Players
Last Year's Winner: Greg Dillon
Preregistered This Year: Michael Van Breemen (1981), Kenneth Tufts (1836), Oliver Thust (1816), Greg Dillon (1801), Stefan Slaby (1798), Jon Carter (1787), Maggie Geppert (1739), Justin Ford (1707), Amber Van Breemen (1701), Ben Hosp (1700), Michael Albrecht (1684), Jeronimo Mitaroff (1680), Johannes Mette (1678), Benjamin Liebich (1676), Josef Lemberger (1661), Sebastian Kirstein (1653), Matthias Weller (1636), Martin Felber (1579), Tjark Ott (1561), Stefan Manz (1500), Markus Eberlein (1420), Carsten Weller (1265), Stefan Perau (1264).
My Prediction: It isn't often that you get to pick a hometown hero, an "underdog" and Stefan Slaby all in one pick. I won't miss that opportunity, and I don't think Stefan will either.

How can I not attend when Maggie will be going?!? (you brought hubby didn't you? sigh)

Nobody vote for me, as it's Wednesday, I have one deck built, and not sure how well that will do at Worlds!

Congratulations to the Top-16 who made it to Worlds Day 2! Looks like a highly competitive field.

And, congratulations Vienna and Julius on what looks like a well-run and very successful event! Looks like a great turnout. I really wish I could have been there. To all players: I hope you're having a great time. Looking forward to seeing pictures.

It looks like 2019 may just be a great year for Trek CCG 2E! Atlanta hosted the most well-attended North American Continentals (27 players) since 2013 and now Vienna has hosted the most well-attended Worlds (26 players) since 2015.

Not bad at all for a game that is supposed to be dead.

Looking at the tourneys, I count at least 35 unique players here. (Feel free to correct my numbers; it’s 1:00 am and I’m completely done.) Kudos to Julius for a great event!
