Chula is one of the best filter mechanics in the game. It makes sense to use it to set up all sorts of other unpleasantness for your opponent.

I've found Chula hybrid piles to be MORE effective than pure Chula piles because they're less susceptible to specific dilemma tech.

The Game should be 1 per mission. In terms of effectiveness: challenge playing it's the best since pre-Tragic errata.

Now that I think about it. The winner of our regional mixed Chula with not Chula, but that was because he wanted to give fewer clues to players using ptol or cadet nog. And Stefan's worlds pile was like ALL THE THINGS. Chula, underlying/loss, standard attrition.

Never put all your eggs in one basket (unless your playing a conume kill pile). Chula dilemmas work like a charm against mass unstoppers but they do you little good against decks which can reliably unstop single personnel.

Using Chula dilemmas as filter before some solid walls makes for a good reliable pile.
