This year in Texas we begin Big Rat Rules for kids:

18 - X (X = your age) = the # of different retired cards you can use.

In the CoC the only rule is Innovate or Die.

Is it limited to one copy per for retired cards Or can I load up my kids' decks with 3x AIOT, 3X Gomtuu and 3x Personal Duty?

Connor only gets 4 cards (3 in May), that's not "almost". If your daughter spends a few years clowning you with WNOHGB, Gomtuu and BoT you'll just going to have to eat it.

You only get a few years before she'll be too cool to hang out with her dad. Making Constance play star track cardz every two weeks from age 8-12 was the small amount of good parenting I did.

Every card in Standard is playable!?!? I wrote GCBC for years proving the endless supply of binder fodder, from Decipher right through Phase 2.

Not what I meant. I'm substituting the phrase "less useful" for what you're calling unplayable.

I just meant that a new player can take any deck they like from the site and bring it to a standard event, and its harder to do that with HoF. Even if those decks will never include the endless stream of less useful cards.

And I'd totally be on the NN train of an OTF would be nice, but the site has to support it better.
