Was chatting with some folks the other week and was wondering, Can you create a viable dilemma pile that doesn't have any random selection and is not simply multiples of Infestation?

Sure - combine choice dilemmas (whether it's your choice or their choice) and wall dilemmas together.

A persistent pile tends to have a lot of non-random selection.

As Michael said (and played vs me) - having the filters (e.g. magnetic field disruptions, stellar core fragment etc) and clever selection of walls would qualify.

I don't know the card pool well enough, but there's enough diversity in skills for walls that this would probably work pretty well, even without the doubler dilemmas.

Any wall-based lockout such as Pattern Loss / Underlying Influence, or the more traditional Far-Seeing Eyes into Telepathic Deception would count.
