When I use his ability, what Attributes are added? I understand that I can choose between INT / CUN / STR . As it is not worded this way I don't think it's only the printed Attribute. Is it the Attribute at the TIME of the other Klingon being killed or stopped (so if he has CUN +3 because of some cards for example), does Duras get the total attribute boost?

Pretty sure it's printed attribute. Cards that reference properties of other cards generally reference the printed value. This is most common with cost, but I think this principle could be reasonably applied to this situation as well.

Correct, it is whatever attribute is on that personnel at the time. So, if that Treachery Klingon has an increased attribute beyond what is printed, then you get all of the attribute of your choice from that soon-to-be stopped Treachery Klingon and it's added to Duras The Elder's attributes until the end of the mission attempt. Unlike say Yuta which specifies printed attributes, this personnel does not specify as such.

Cost is specifically called out in the rulebook as always being the printed value. Adding whatever it is at the moment for any other numeral would be how I would interpret that too.

No- Mike has to be right, otherwise any attribute boosting/decreasing wouldn't work for dilemmas, missions, etc.

Down side- he's trying to figure out how to solve Secure Strategic Base with 2... let me guess...

Kor + Duras + Sword + stopped Klaa? 11+10+12=33? And all the skills.

This isn't complicated. I mean the phrasing is pretty obvious: "When your Treachery Klingon present is about to be stopped or killed by a dilemma"
This specifies a specific point in time. Whatever that attribute is at the time, Duras adds.
