Well, Stir Crazy's a card I've seen plenty of. It was even what I'd refer to as hot tech against 5-space Voyager.

This thing started in 2017 with all Decipher-era cards were eligible.

Whatever the merits to vote yes now, "first ballot" this ain't.

Or are you saying "first 100% Yes ballot"? If that's the case I wholeheartedly agree.

I see what you're saying, and I remember now that's what first ballot has traditionally meant. I was using it to say that it should get "100% yes" on the first ballot on which it appears, which is this one (though you're correct, it's not the first ballot it has been eligible for).
