Pro: On one hand, the draw of a deck having all the missions be in the same region, along with being able to play an Enterprise-E for 2 (or less!) is pretty tempting (that's the 4 Fed-attemptable Briar Patch missions, then playing the FotF at a mission where you have the Smooth Advocate).
Con: On the other, its Leadership, Honor, and Federation rich make-up means that it's easily susceptible to AIoT (does its 1/3 cost increase make this a Pro point?), Moral Choice, and Personal Duty, meaning mission attempts can potentially be stopped with one under.
Do the cons outweigh the pros, or the other way around? What can you put in either column to tip the balance in either direction?
