Hi, all. First (noob) post! Personnel such as Kellin, Reese, Vargas, and Nadia Larkin have game text if you are at a Dominion mission. Does it have to be a mission with the Dominion logo, or do all-affiliation (or all but Borg) missions count?

It has to have the icon at the bottom.
