What dilemma do you search for with Uninvited after recent errata? This is obviously different depending on the game (last-ditch stop or setting up your pile or ...?) and type of pile (kill/attrition/8-cost etc), so give some context with your answer.

I've started using it (when I actually do use it) to get the most important 1st dilemma for my dilemma strategy. I'm talking about Chula the Game for my Chula dilemma pile. Another option is to get either Pattern Loss or Underlying Influence in a dilemma deck with lots of Transporters/Archeology requirement dilemmas. I also would try to get Unexpected Difficulties on the table as another opportunity to get that 1st dilemma into play. Pretty much any dilemma stack where you want a particular dilemma (within the cost range) to start with can benefit from Uninvited.
