Now, it still kind of feels like Persistent did to me originally. It does something on its own and there are support carrots, but not enough to make it really worthwhile. Persistent just has more support because it was a bigger set. And after consistent plugs, the Borg have, from what I've heard, an interesting relationship there.

Persistent Borg is pretty good (though the Borg having Spot pounce on their opponents always makes me giggle). I've had decent success with it. Strength in Numbers is really excellent. Borg Queen's Vessel is a decent cycling card. I just forget to use it.
