This card seems quite strong. What are the easiest ways of getting cards onto holoprograms? Seems like it's probably easier than getting captives for a Labor Camp (edit: which I see is 10 points so that makes sense).

Getting your cards onto a holoprogram? Piece of cake.

Getting someone else's card on there (a caveat to scoring points)? Trickier, but Caretaker's made it less so (Lonzak, Photonic Turncoat, maybe more coming...

)

This is closer to Display of Wealth than Labour Camp in terms of point tempo and start up time. Labour Camp is easy bare minimum effort 10 points a turn. This is requires a fully stacked program with an opponent’s personnel on it, and it gets you 5 a turn while it’s alive. It can be quite strong, but by design it shouldn’t be anything like the captive point fiestas Cardassians can regularly throw.
