Tacking into the Wind
Bouncing pile enablers! Quality noms.

Not sure about tacking, what other options do we have for bringing back cards that were killed or discarded?
Salvaging the Wreckage?

I nominated Tacking last year. My reasoning was that it's too many things packed into one card. It was also pretty ubiquitous for quite awhile and still sees play today so you can argue it's had a career.

I'll be voting yes on it again, but given last year's results, I'm not overly optimistic it'll get in.

Michael,
off the top of his head
With that list it's easy to see why tacking gets picked every time.

Getting your deck back after a kill pile or romulans have had their way should be a cheap thing. It's not like they all go back to your hand, you still have to draw everything.

You can always use Rebuilding the Fleet.

Tacking is a Bell I will to ring until it is gone.

It is too much in one card and kills affiliation specific design

Hmmm... I feel like all three uses are things that see reasonably costed at 4 counters and I'd happily see affiliation specific cards go cheaper. Maybe they should be three separate cards or not have the discount.
