This week, we have the results from the Hall of Fame. Twenty-four cards are now retired from the format but I want to look at the ones on the bubble. The ones that could have been retired if they got antler vote or been kept in the mix had they received one less vote.

Remember that this is an entirely speculative exercise; no additional cards are coming on and no card is being removed, But let us know which card you would twist the fate of and why.

I don't know about that. It's hard to look at a given ballot and deduce how much (or little) thought was put into it based on the specific cards voted on.

People vote for (or against) cards for their own reasons, and those reasons may differ by individual or play group/meta based on what they're seeing.

That's the beauty of Hall of Fame: a card only gets retired if enough of these diverse views/approaches overlap to achieve a fairly strong consensus.

Twist of Fate

I couldn't decide between puns off of the word Twist or the wrestling move my brother tried on me when we were younger. Coin flip said card.
