Last week we looked at general inconsistency, this week we'll look at something a little more specific.
Certain cards can get pretty wild with their stacking gametext, to the point where they have a built in limit so that things don't go too crazy.
Take Cardassia IV, Hold Secret Prisoners for example. You want to attempt it with five captives in your brig, but things might not go your way with that plan. or Vorik, Unflappable who requires decay events to boost his attributes but it is costly to do that. You will probably not be able to have his ability in effect for all of your mission attempts, certainly not at plus four.
So what cards do you paly sub-optimally and why?
