Pro:

• Played in a TRiH deck, he could be a 6 skilled Gold Star for 2
• Although he doesn't fill up the skill gaps for in Khan's Genetically Enhanced community (still no Acquisition or Intel), he does boost some of the more infrequently found ones (Navigation only on three GE, Physics on two, Transporters on three)...

Con:

• ...even if he doesn't have the stats to match the rest of them.

Overall:

• He's essentially vanilla (the Infiltrator keyword not doing anything on its own), and has some skills that Khan might like to have backups of, so in a TRiH deck, he might be used. Outside, maybe not so much (as similarly costed/skilled/statted personnel include Shran, Qatai, and Raakin). He's a 6/10 (or 6.5/10 in a TRiH).

Thought:

• If you command Khan, he plays at Ceti Alpha V, not at your Ceti Alpha V, so in a mirror match, he could play to your opponent's and actually do some Infiltrator mischief?
