One of, if the not the most, dominant themes of the latest set, The Menagerie is Cardassian Dissidents. As has been noted, they have more cards in this set than any other group!

The debate of the cards has been pretty premiant, at least the more powerful ones. But we all know which ones pack a punch; what is the most underrated of these cards? Which one is seemingly innocent but you see as having huge potential. Let us know which one and why.

Bronok is the best of the bunch.

7/7/7 at any mission that you would use with his HQ, works with For Cardassia!, and you don’t have to discard a card to play him.

I already reviewed Dissidents.

I'm not sure how much "debate" there is, but to answer the question I'll go with Rekelen. If you're going to go full Dissident, Integrity missions are the play, and she's got skills to help with a lot of them. Also, she conveniently ducks under Adopted Authority.

Not a standout, but a consistent contributor, I think she's the definition of "low-key good."
