.

At what point can Reyga prevent and overcome a Chula or Clown dilemma while The Game or Fear Incarnate sits on the mission?
Meaning.. does preventing the dilemma also prevent the stop from The Game or Fear Incarnate respectively.?
(and yes, the mission topper should have been prevented in the first place :P )

Also, is Chula: The Precipice a dilemma requiring a skill for the purpose of Reyga?
Asking because a personnel with Honor seems different from just Honor

In general are dilemmas like Rapid Progress, More of Gravy.. or Simulated Prey
"skill" dilemmas?

Thanks

Reyga can prevent the dilemma while facing it, which means he can't prevent the game or clown from triggering the stop since they both occur in the "about to face" stage, which precedes the "while facing" stage.

Yes, the Precipace is a skill dilemma.

Yes, all those named dilemmas like Rapid Progress, More of Gravy or Simulated Prey are "skill" dilemmas.

In general, if the skill is written bold or it is named like "those skills", "that skill" or so and bold like in your examples, it is a "skill" dilemma. The first one I remember is Broken Captive.

What leads to an interesting situation. According to the rules A Pleasant Surprise is a dilemma without Requirements. Therefore I should be able to Donatra it.

Overwhelmed is for sure a non skill dilemma and can be Donatra'ed at § 3. Facing Dilemmas step h. At step i it is to late to Donatra (or Reyga) it.
