Can i try another mission with the same personnel that failed a previous one?

In 2e, if you fail to meet the mission requirements at the end of a mission attempt, the personnel are stopped. Unless you manage to unstop them, these won't be able to attempt again that turn.

They can't be beamed aboard your ship. They're stopped. They can't do anything until they've become unstopped.
