It appears that there's a wrong image of the I.K.S. Vorn in Lackey.
On that Version the secondary ability does not require there being three Treachery personnel aboard.
Made me question my (in)sanity for a while earlier cuz I thought I read the card wrong the whole time.

Looks like Lackey doesn't have the errata image. I believe errata was issued before release because it was noted that, while the "also" wording attached the treachery requirement to both parts by the rules, most people found it confusing anyways.
