Voting for this year's Hall of Fame is closed! If you missed the window, you have ten months to wait for 2024. In brief, the format is a curated cardlist where players nominate and vote on cards to keep out of the card pool.
Suppose we oversimplified it. Imagine you had the ability to chose a card and prevent it form being used universally. The same restrictions from the Hall of Fame apply; Anything from Unnatural Selection or earlier is fair game and cards already on the list do not count.
