HumQ: Vidiian Prognostication

It's Wednesday! We're more than halfway through the week. Since we are over the hump, let's look at a question!
The Vidians are off to the races and already some trends are emerging. Below there are some things I am thinking through my powers of psychic prowess; let me know if there is a weather balloon disrupting my thoughts!
Friends for Life: Nimbus III, Staff Backwater Embassy has not infrequent appearances! This is to help fill skill holes along with attributes and complete a cool missions at the same time, or perhaps later, considering the Vidiians get worse as they go. Their ships can handle the extra range
Unique amongst non-uniques: While most of the cards used in the decks are the non-uniques, there are a couple verbs showing up as well. The first is Honatta, giving skills for almost an entire mission attempt. Less popular is the rummaging Downfallen Civilization, It is already more popular than other rummaging cards sued in the past several months.
Sips 4 U: With a fleet of four, they seem to be popping up in decks, though not really the three maximum you are allowed.
That's what I have. let me know your impressions, or adjust my impressions. Just be sure to not spoil the online tournament currently going on.
