I do have the original First Edition Warp Pack 8 cards ©1998 + the reprint of Geological Survey ©2000 found in the TTWT Starter Decks (all black borders).

However, I believe there are reprinted versions of the eight cards that were inserted in 2nd Anthology and All Good Things booster packs with a ©2000. Please let me know it you are in knowledge of/possession of any of these.

The Original Warp Pack was 12 cards and was released with ©1995. They were:

TTWT Federation starter included the following missions with ©2000.
Cargo Rendezvous
Diplomacy Mission
Investigate Coup

TTWT Klingon starter included the following missions with ©2000.

Fever Emergency
Plunder Site

and the TTWT set only included one mission:
Agricultural Assessment.

Geological Survey is NOT from TTWT.

I have not found any evidence of the Starter Deck II reprints you spoke of.

Lastly, All Good Things was not a booster expansion. It was an all-in-one set of 41 cards sold like the prior anthology sets were.

UPDATE:

Starter Deck II was in fact reprinted in 2000.

The set was re-released on 15 March 2000. The cards have the same images but with a new copyright date of 2000. The 2000 edition can be found in boxes of Second Anthology and All Good Things.

I stand corrected and regrettably have none of these ©2000 reprints.
