Anyone produce professional looking deck boxes? I'm artistically challenged and I'd love to but it always looks bad.

See about the "sealed tournament decks", those are as nice as you can get without being homemade. They run about $35 each on ebay, and come with stuff inside them. The only catch is they're random, you never know what you're gonna get until you get it open. The base set includes Federation, Klingon, Romulan, Borg, Cardasian, Bajoran.

They look pretty good overall.
