"oversized" 1E cards

Does anyone have a list of oversized cards made and how they were released? I've heard of Decaren and just discovered there may be a Locutus too?

Locutus came out in Scrye (or maybe Inquest) circa 1996/97. Don't ask me for details, as I don't remember them.
I think there's an oversized Admiral Riker and Two of Nine that were given out at various Decipher conventions over the years.
Sorry I'm fuzzy on the details - collecting oversized cards was never really my thing.

Sooooooo I just spent ~$65 on ebay and got the Locutus, 2 of 9 and Riker.........
Now, I know the decaren is like insanely rare. Has anyone ever seen one for sale and how much did it go for?

Last I saw was bout a year ago during the pandemic at $725. The last few before it were a $800-1000.
