In theory I'm interested.

Whether or not I can play depends on schedule specifics.

Is a weeknight or weekend better? Do you have enough tech that some of your spawn could join in?

The Bonus deck is now updated with the new Double power.

Tjark is running a tournament this saturday. Still undecided what to play.

Notes from tonight's test.

Needed fewer Skips and Reverses

Maybe put in Replay at 1 slot instead of Skip

Maybe put in more Score at 100 slot instead of Reverse

Liked the variety of powers for teaching purposes

Decks seemed to be balanced. The results were fairly close (though Kevin playing Ponies did skew this data a bit).

It was barely ponies. 4 kindness, 4 generosity and 4 laughter in a 50 card deck.

I only think it's "ponies" if you're trying to get all the powers into your pile and Magic out. Anything else is just support cards (e.g., Kindness in a Bonus deck)

So, I think I'm going to take out Skip and Reverse entirely, although that takes away a little of the "Uno" feel of Tribbles. Thoughts?

Not getting to play is not fun.

You could do worse than removing two powers that make the game not fun.

OTOH... they can be very useful in controlling Go and Discard players from just outspeeding everybody, so they do have a place in the game.

Maybe create a wall between Go/Discard and Skip/Reverse and only have one set or the other in any given deck?

So, I decided to simplify things by taking out all the Skips and Reverses. I added 1 Replay, and then more of the other powers already in the decks. I'm worried about Replay being A Bad Idea, so does anyone want to test this and tell me if that's true?

Here are the links to the decks again:
