1 Replicate (good vs Battle decks)
10 Retreat (good vs Discard or Masaka heavy decks)
100 Toxin (more help vs Discard decks)
100 Process (useful power that’s not overpowered in another number)
1000 Reverse & Skip (combines to change direction and skip, helps Dance decks)
10000 Famine (tech against 100000 decks)
100000 Recycle & Stampede (prevents next player from playing 100000 Clone)

Fast answer: non really.
If the sets where designed with a theme and a good testing there should be no need for it. If the sets where not tested enough and tournamnet feedback shows something else than desired I would rather go the other way and take stuff away as things should work better when more similar to the last set befor it.
And Tribbles is a totally different cookie than the other two games with a much more limited design space.
Can’t we have a rotating set of available cards each quarter or something like it to make the game playable again. Lat time I got anyone to actually play it for fun any not a tournamnet to win a furry little tribble was back when Fizbin was released and that got everyone turned off by the game. Both for overpowered mechanics, cookie cutrer decks and complexity of too many available powers.
