If you're planning on attending the Chicagoland Bend the Rules tourney and holiday party on December 17th, please vote on the main dish for the night. There will be plenty of veggies, chips, salsas, crackers and cheeses to be had besides the main dish. If you vote "other" please suggest something that I can set and forget (preferably in the slow cooker) since I have to do the Period of Review before the tourney starts at noon.

It's pronounced like "molay." Mole is a Mexican "sauce" they chocolate based. Its fucking awesome.

It is indeed delicious. The chocolate isn’t sweet. It mostly gives the dish a real richness.

The mole chicken tacos have chicken thighs, onion, bell pepper, chili powder, cumin, cocoa powder (mostly because I always forget to buy Mexican chocolate), tomatoes and probably a couple of other ingredients I’m forgetting.
