I ordered a 1E regional kit but have not received anything in the mail. When does the material get sent or am I missing something. Another player in our group purchased a kit a while back and also never received anything. How does this work?

I do have a backlog from last week I'm working through. Some of it will ship today, some of it over the weekend.
