True, but Harry Mudd is going to have skills and attributes no matter what his ability does. So I'd rather him do something new, rather than something I can already do quite effectively with another card.

Anyway, I see Mudd as more a smuggler and con than a thief. I'm not sure he should actually be a Thief. He's also very much a solo operator, not part of organized crime.
