I have 22nd Century ShiKahr in play with a Protect the Timeline on top.
I also have MMC and Launch the Phoenix in play.

PtT tells me to only free play at ShiKahr but LtP allows free plays at MMC. Which card overrides the other? Can I still do free plays at both time locations?

Deny trumps allow so no free play to launch the phoenix.

It's like Kivas Fajo after a Q's tent, you still can't draw.
