Absolutely not, for the infiltration rules are clear that the bold-italic name makes him not a real persona, but an impersonator.
Doh, I totally missed that he was an infiltrator. (I was searching through plain text.)

How is that Condition Red is identified as having its image drawn from "The Menagerie, Part I" but the same image used on Condition Red is identified as having its image drawn from "The Corbomite Maneuver"?

The Corbomite Maneuver. 46 seconds into the episode.

The crowdsourcing is one reason, but another reason is that it is a TOS library shot. I do believe the exact same shot appears in The Menagerie (which is notable because the arm in the shot does not match the arm in the rest of the scene!) and possibly once more in "Zetar". I know this because I saw the shot at one point, paused the episode, ran to the card database to identify it, and discovered the shot had already been identified as being from "Corbomite" -- which, of course, it was! Since "Corbimite" was the one the shot was actually filmed for, the db listing is correct.

Is there a way to search for Matching Commanders without knowing the ship or personnel? Like a list of Federation Commanders or [1E-TNG] [Rom] Commanders

Not at present, no.

One issue is that way that information is stored makes it a bit complicated to do a quick search. I can't just look in the "Matching Commanders" field for anything with a result and return that list, because that would include personnel that don't exist yet, or personnel that command ships that don't exist yet, neither of which would be very useful towards your goal. So it can certainly be done, and I've been considering adding it, it'll just take some extra work to make it fit in with the rest of the search engine.

When I am at the Duj Saq card and want to click on the "B'rel Class" Requirement, no result is coming.

edit:
every klick on a link with an apostrophe (D'Deridex, D' Kora etc) brings no result

So - in the past if a card had a specific Glossary entry there was a link to the Glossary on that card. That link is sadly not present anymore. Wondering if something could be done to fix it?

I think that I didn't get this change properly checked into source control when I coded it, so it got overwritten when someone else changed the card page.

I've been meaning to find a backup on my hard drive, because it was a darned useful feature for me, too.
