I only played this once, and it was only okay, but it was as simple as Fed Delta gets. It's going to be mildly illegal pretty soon thanks to Bennett (unless he turns out to be 27 V, which would be pretty nice!), but otherwise it's straightforward:

Defend Homeworld --> Tuvok Tabor to run Ancestral Vision on Turn 1.
Play engines: Full Complement of Shuttles and Home Away From Home.
Draw engines: New Arrivals, Ancestral Vision, Bennett, and a couple of Handshakes if things get tight. (Full Complement reports are not "free reports" for New Arrivals.)

Battle Bridge Door was originally half Target Warp Field Coils / half Isolytic Burst. (Most damage should come from dilemmas, not battle, so it doesn't matter that you can't use Isolytic Burst.) For a newbie, though? I'd replace the whole Battle Bridge deck with nice, simple Phaser Banks -- if I seeded the doorway at all!

Dilemmas are all tied to Shades of Gray. What I like about this deck is what a small seeding footprint it has. No tent, no Reunite Legends trickery, no muss, no fuss.

I'm positively sure I am missing something but ...

Ancestral Vision requires a personnel with Honor.
Tuvok does not have Honor (which is strange but that's an argument for another day).

Sorry, my mistake. This is what I get for not playing the deck for a couple years.

The actual Defend Homeworld target is Tabor, not Tuvok. Tabor has Honor + INTEGRITY > 7, as AV requires. (2E Tuvok fails the INTEGRITY requirement.)
