Forgive my newbishness, been a few years since my last game and I'm quite out of practice.

I'm wondering if the "Discard incident if you play (or have played) a non-[logo] ship or personnel" clause at the bottom of each has any loopholes whatsoever... I don't see an entry that defines "played" in the glossary, so are personnel seeded under cryosatellite considered "played" or is "seeded" a separate and distinct term?

Thanks to anyone who can clear this up for me.

This is one of those things in the game where you have to think like a lawyer. As long as it isn't technically played, it's okay. So, CM/RtQ won't care about swaps done by Transporter Mixup.

Although it is important to bear in mind that downloading a personnel into play counts as playing them. So you can't sneak people in past CM/RtQ with, say, Assign Mission Specialists.
