And there's multiple ways to make a Tier One Vulcan deck.

Defenitions question. Is 'Tier 1' a (semi-)official term? Can you give me, or link to, a list of other 'tiers'? Our playgroup also use a tier system to rank decks (so as to pitch similar decks against one another), and I'd like to align if possible.

Despite the errata, Wisdom is still good and I cracked the code on Power with my Masters deck this year. Courage lags a bit behind those two but (...)

I haven't researched the Vulcans thoroughly yet. But if I ever get aroind to make a Virtual deck (well, I did start with two), they'd be Vulcan and Starfleet.
Can you quickly link to the cards that I highlighted? (Or one, if the others are in the same set and/or are linked from the first.)

I've been telling Charlie we need a Surak of Borg (and an Archer of Borg TBH) to add some risk to playing Vulcans because right now there's very little downside

Also im disappointed because when I build my decks (federation) I was really positively surprised that they didn powercreep the fck out of the game and everything seems more or less balanced (the decipher cards pretty much still the strongest)
But what CC pulled off with vulcans is beyond any scope, because its so flawed and so clearly above the average powerlevel that i almost lost hope in the future of this game.
