The "Smuggler" trait is now irrelevant in 1E - the only card that cared about it was a 2EBC. Beside, it was always redundant since in 1E-land we use Smuggling instead.

Also, when you look up various traits, all 2EBC cards need to be removed from them altogether.

The ghost of Cyrus Ramsey has resurfaced - when looking at a 1E card, the 2E expansion icons are appearing on the top of the page now.

The "Where's that Picture From" section still lists BC cards as 1E-legal.

I think it's supposed to be. If you have examples of 2e cards that are coming up, probably should report which ones.
