Mr. Spock, while "Vulcan" is in his lore it is in reference to his species an not the planet Vulcan and therefore he does not interact with Preserver Obelisk.

We have officially decided upon the game text for the card that enables "natives," as of today. I thought I would share it with you, so consider this a second pseudo-spoiler for Project Delenn. Please note it's not final until it's in print, so it is subject to change:

Preserver Obelisk
Seeds on table in facility phase if you did not seed (and you may not seed) Assign Mission Specialists; download up to 2 personnel that name in lore non-homeworld planets you seeded. Score 5 points whenever your personnel helps solve such a planet they name in lore. (Unique.) OR Plays to download an personnel that names in lore a non-homeworld planet you seeded.

It doesn't seem necessary - for only personnel can use the Preserver Obelisk. It'd be rather restrictive on the tiny box for mission lore if they all had to say 23rd-century, imho.

The 23rd century in lore reference is not tied to the hidden spoiler, but is still a thing in the set

I think I speak for the whole team when I say we are also still a little sad about this, because we wanted this to be a general-use card. We tried doing it without the icon, but it was off-the-hook good.

(That was before we added the homeworld restriction. So we had like a billion people downloading to Earth and Romulus, mostly, then turning them into 80-90 point missions with Secure Homeworld.)

Rest assured there are some very intriguing general-use cards in Project Delenn.

Too late to make the restriction only apply to the “score 5 points” part?
